It would be hard to get promoted. Class 3 the promotion line is currently 170k. You would get the promotion rewards faster. Although the retention bonuses arent that great so you'll get them eventually either way. It would pay for itself in the short term, but in the long term its negligible

All three other servers had that banner and global so far is 1 for 1 the original JP so far. There is no evidence to suggest it won't happen.
