you register some random tactically advantageous point, track an MBT with an RPG or whatever, deplete the APS with FPV drones, then finish the job with drone-spotted artillery or whatever you have handy. the crew leaves after the first part because nobody with a second brain-cell stays inside a vehicle that's just been hit.

The Martlet is TV guided. It would have far worse flight performance than even the worst MANPADS already in game though, so there's not really a point in giving the Stormer one. Being able to use it against tanks would be neat, but the BR increase that would result in would make it not worth it.

in your webm you're on iberian castle and there's only two places a helicopter can be that can't be shot immediately; in the narrow part of the bay screened by the castle wall or over on the wrong side of the mountains. I can count on one hand the number of times I've managed to find an opening for the missile shot in your webm because it's almost the only angle you can even shoot from without vikhrs.
