Festival of the circade:
Kill banerettes for a crypt key.
Use the crypt key to enter dungeon.
Kill Circade in front of the three murals to get coresponding pendants.
Be in the overworld at the time in the pendant's name.
Kill Circade that spawns.
Repeat for each pendant.
Craft a pendant of the triune using the three parts. (+1 to each main stat)
Glyph puzzle in the boss room to unlock the true Circade crypt to get Circade's armor (precrafted)
Be sure to break the pots inside the crypt for a significantly higher drop chance of Scrap Iron and Patch Leather compared to other sources.

It's effectively public. During the tennocon they gave access to everyone that signed up since release. Sure new people will get more interested over time and they'll have to wait for an invite, but basically everyone that had actual interest up to this point is in.

Also it's just worth a try because even know there's shit that there's just no info for that someone somewhere might have so general was worth trying even if I expected it not to go very far.
