I play with 13-15ms for a couple of months now, and before that I was playing 34-36ms for many years. I did not notice anything cutting my latency in half, like literally.
Some years ago I also played on NA servers from yurope with something like 120-130ms or so - and to be fair, I was playing just fine and don't remember noticing that latency either. The only reason I quit NA was because of time difference. I remember that sometimes I had latency spikes like of 200+ms on NA - well, now THAT was actually notable and felt bad.
Worlo is not a competitive shooter game, unless you are extreme-turbo-sweat arena memer and are playing on glad ratings where that extra millisecond could win you a game - I would not care at all unless you are getting into 150+ms range where you ACTUALLY feel it.

Quests in WoW are so shit. I wish they were more like the ones in runescape. You actually feel like you're playing a character with interactive chat with multiple dialogue options, they have puzzles which make them more engaging then "kill 10 enemies" or "collect 6 herbs". Of course there's always the problem that people will just look up how to do quests like that but it can't be helped, and it would still be more fun then WoW quests. There's nothing fun or interesting about reading a long dialogue box, doing some mundane task, and turning it in. Unfortunately WoW has been around so long and is so big I don't think they'll ever rework the thousands of existing quests.

One of the writers got fired of putting in a Bobby's Yacht joke via one of the Goblin NPCs in Forbidden Reach. There was a bunch of drama about it around the time.
But he still stays active on twitter and actually gives insights on the modern writing that Blizzard does and how WoW's narrative team operates.
It's also how we found out the reason we keep getting characters like Tyrande and such in the plot is because they don't consider characters like Tyrande as Night Elf content. And this is what was used to justify there being no burnout with Night Elf storylines when they were doing Emerald Dream, because Tyrande doing stuff in SL and BFA didn't make those storylines Night Elf storylines.
Also how we found out why villains rotate every patch and that's why wow's villain story telling's been abysmal since BFA. They don't want another Fel/Orc burnout like what happened with SoO-WoD-Legion
