Tarumae's story is really good so I highly recommend that.
Palmer's also great, but I'm really biased towards story with romance in them.
Janpokke treads the same ground as her movie but with more of a focus on coming back from despair.
NTR is great if you like the RTTT cast and want more of them together.

Senkou is the strongest for Taurus cup thanks to having access to the only 2 reliable accel skills and easy access to 2 gold heals. Oigomi will not be able to reliably proc Ryan's unique since being at 6th place going into the last spurt with 3+ low-stat debuffers hogging the lower places will be a challenge. The only competitive niger at this stage is Bourbon, but inheriting Maru's unique is very strong.
