They took over an invader factory and had them make the bees with the specifications for running the game. By making a vow to the god of the planet she was able to make them as powerful as they were on the condition she can’t harm the players without a rule infraction.
Although, if you’re familiar with Kako G shouldn’t you be familiar with timeline hopping Eito?
I myself am still unsure of the multiple Sponsors but if I were to guess the sponsor using speakers on zombie bodies in the suits? The Queens have shown to be able to order the males to be precise in their actions in the end of zombie

What I don't understand about Eito if he was working with Kako-G. He knew too well what was going on. But maybe he said that he worked with her but I already forgot.
