The lighting is pretty handy desu, so far outside of the normal complaints that you cant take screenshots of cutscenes and actions and whatever, their photo mode is good, it just really needs to be less held down by bullshit design choices and remove all the shitty meme poses and put real stuff to FUCKING POSE.

the delamain test was an attempt to reduce race complexity, keep the length/duration of races reasonable, and allow some room for creativity in finding the best path. used to use the delamain cab more often but it has some clipping issues that causes it to conflict with road geometry, but using every available car is also nice. The start and end points also have in game connections. starting at a characters house to where they went, or a specific gang's territory to someone they killed.
my character's imaginary lore in the background. due to a job related injury and troubling employment history in a post-act3 world, V didn't have much to fall back on. V called in a favor a Jinguji, but couldnt sell water in the desert and was fired. Left with only a van and an Ai smart gun named Erebus (Greek mythology [...] the personification of darkness.). V was convinced by Erebus to try to work for Delamain, who needed help relearning the city and how to drive in combat mode using vehicle data before Delamain's reset. V takes part in and outsources the training process to other mercs.
It's always something in Night City.

The game should have had some wait time between story missions, especially early on. Maybe it takes Jackie a day to case all foods, or a week for Dex to get everything going once the robot is turned in. Feels like the game wants me to wander around but never really gives you a logical time to do so. Then after that Vik says you'll be dead in a few weeks.

It might be worth seeing if you can make something else work with freeing up cyberware capacity (maybe even a second heart if you die that easily) I'd also probably sooner go with pain editor or chitin where the PI is even with low body, but maybe that's a play style thing. I never use the PI. Maybe also try to get some extra DoT resistance bonuses on your other cyberware to make the painducer do more?
I don't remember off the top of my head how much armor the different skeleton slots do, but if you aren't married to what you have there it might by worth switching them up in general for more armor. Since you're apparently a netrunner, I'd think there's at least a few options worth considering over those. Even just an epimorphic skeleton for extra health when overclocked

I tried everything without just starting to install everything again from scratch, mods that were literally ok yesterday aren't working anymore.

I'm probably not gonna tell you anything you don't know, but my only advice is make sure you actually delete or move very folder that has anything to do with mods out of your game folders before you reinstall, since uninstalling doesn't touch non-native files. Redownload all the core mods and install them mnually, run the game once, and go from there

one thing about this game that i'm disappointed in is that there isn't any ice-type damage to complement the fire- and lightning-type damage given by arms cyberware and quickhacks
like, make a quickhack that causes the cooling systems of someone's cyberware to go into overdrive, slowing them and outright freezing them on the spot with enough stacks
and on the other hand make some weapons that are laced with liquid nitrogen or something
