At some point you just have to admit that your game is not going to be a top 5 gacha. The gameplay just isn't there for gfl2, the story is questionable and the only thing going for it are the "reasonably" priced coom skins. I think nothing will change and whales will still buy the slop. I would've bought for $30 and the other skin too. I really don't know what the plan is here, they found a good niche now they just want to exploit it to the max. With other big budget gacha games coming.....this is not looking good.

apparently they trusted some writer to write a patch story of relatively low importance with little to no oversight and the story was full of weird segments where the adjutant was making advances at the girls and they were rejecting him, and he was not worried about the safety of his own girls, and there was a new mesugaki type character that was really rude to the commander at first and ends up killing some faceless grunt enemy with her bare feet in a cutscene so of course the chinese audience chimped out and all stormed their offices and they apologized for months while rewriting like 5 months of story content including deleting the new girl who was planned to be released and rushing out a brand new one.

it was a fucking shitshow, but the game is back on track. for better or for worse, the snowbreak devs really fear their CN audience so i don't think they'll ever try something as jew as a skin gacha.

That one's getting more difficult these days. If you're willing to stomach the occasional male, then Wuwa is pretty good for the girls. ZZZ has a similar situation. If you absolutely cannot handle any male characters, then Snowbreak is the only other alternative. Personally I think that Girl's Frontline 2 has better character models and animations, and the setting is more interesting but SB is less jewish, especially in the gacha.
Gameplay for any of these games is not amazing, but that's not what you're here for, right?
Anyway, these are most popular "for (you)" gachas today. I suppose you could make an argument for Nikke or Azur Lane, but I haven't played them recently.

As it was explained to me it’s not a good game and the story was really compelling except you had to be there as it was running so just skip playing it and watch 10 hours of story cutscenes or synopsis instead.

Here's the tl;dr version.

Belka was their first attempt at salvaging Electric dolls after nearly a year of uselessness by getting rid of the useless Conductivity/Paralysis debuff and replacing it with Negative Charge. Negative Charge basically just increases Electric damage taken. Belka applies Negative Charge before attacking and gains a stackable Crit Chance buff per application. She can always take 2 actions per turn. All of her attacks are single target. Her ult gives her a buff that lets her zap an enemy an extra time at the end of her turn. She's a Vanguard so high mobility but lower base attack.

Andoris came right after Belka and continued to play off the Negative Charge gimmick. She provides allies with the Positive Charge (and she is still the only CN doll that can do this) buff, which further increases Electric damage, as well as healing HP at the end of the turn, and splitting their damage taken with Andoris. She also drops turrets, which are capable of applying Negative Charge.

Leva is the Electric Sentinel doll, so much higher base attack than Belka. Still uses the same Negative Charge gimmick. All of her attacks are AoE, most creating Voltage tiles to force Electric weakness on enemies. Gains a stackable Crit Chance + Crit Damage buff per application. If an enemy in range with Negative Charge is attacked, provides support fire. Her ult gives her a buff that increases damage to enemies in stability break. It also allows her to consume her Crit stack buff to unleash a gigastrong attack (at V6, she can do this after any attack.)

Lenna honestly doesn't do much... except create more Voltage tiles (more stacks for Leva's buff) and applies a unique debuff on enemies that increases their stability damage taken, which again synergizes with Leva, who deals more damage to targets in stability break.

For the standard banner:
Sabrina dupes can be obtained for free every two months from Boss Battle mode. She's weak on her own and needs to be in a water team to be seen as functional. For instance, she's needed to make Tololo extra viable because Tololo needs to hit enemies with water weakness and Sabrina can inflict a debuff to make enemies water-weak.

Petriya is a powerful support for AoE centric dolls like Littara, Lotta, Klukai, and so on because her passive lets her do support attacks up to six times if you make a doll do AoE attacks. She can be obtained for free with Mystery tokens in the Public Rooms, albeit more gacha-based than Sabrina.

QJ is essential. She can fit any team that isn't AoE-centric and is a premium damage dealer and can theoretically attack three times in a turn during the enemy's turn at no dupes, maybe more.

Tololo's passive allows her to attack twice in one turn every now and then. Pairing her with Sabrina makes her powerful. Pairing her with Springfield lets her attack thrice every turn (so long as they're both duped twice)

Vepley, Faye, Mosin aren't worth it long-term. Sharkry should also be your priority because she's cheap to dupe and great long-term at the cost of poor skill rotation

Sabrina dupes are easy to come by so long as you do your boss battles weekly. She peaks at around dupe five when your ult no longer uses confectance (in other words, ult can be deployed for free). QJ is honestly such a good doll without dupes that I've cleared a lot of bullet sponge bosses just pairing her with Machiatto and/or Tololo. So I'd suggest getting Tololo first and get a feel for her skill rotation. Sabrina is farmable through boss fight weeklies, so you don't have to roll for her. You get a copy of her every two months. For best use she wants 5 dupes so you can accelerate the process by rolling for her though.

Peritya is good in a specific corrosive team, but you can also get her for free*
