I've tried both. On paper, Roccia is better. Danjin does have the benefit of a faster rotation (how come people never mention how fucking fast her concerto generation is?), and her buff is better for Phrolova than Roccia's is.
That being said, the extra echo cast from Roccia DOES matter, and having her makes overworld farming and WhiWa much comfier.
Overall they're mostly equivalent but Roccia is a little better. It's really not a huge difference.

I've bought the monthly and BP since release. This patch I dropped 100 bucks to get Phrolova (and got 2 copies on one 10 roll) since I loved the musical direction and camera work of this patch. Sorry for poor video quality had to tape my cellphone on the ceiling (lol) and you'll have to boost the audio to hear my TV. I don't own a real piano anymore so had to find my midi keyboard. It doesn't have all the keys so I moved the right hand down one whole octave. That said it's actually better to practice with these hand placements first because it's harder to learn when your hands are far apart. Anyways this clip is just part of that song. This type of passage is hard for beginners which is why I warned you earlier. But I tried to break it down into easier ways to play it, then slowly build it up to the real thing. Also I really recommend just learning how to read piano sheet music. You can recreate sheet music in a transcribe program like musescore. Then see the program play the song back to you note by note and you'll learn a lot that way. Good luck!
