I missed the piano practice and playing talk from last thread.
I'm a classically trained musician who went to a conservatory so I can say that a lot of things relate to listening to music and playing as some anons mentioned. You do need to set up some technical regiments but I think that the main thing to do is some technical drills like metrobone scaled and arpeggios. It's like learning how to draw, and practicing your lines and arm movements before you move onto perspective and shading. At the same time if that's all you do you'll lose heart and motivation so you should doodle every once in a while too

Managed to get squeeze in some points by doing better and faster executions. With Carthethyia if you hold basic in her loli form she attracts enemies together. After realizing that, it became much easier to keep mobs together. I also learned that if S1 Sanhua has a 4* weapon it's better to skip her rotation and at best do a fast swap one time from the 100% concerto perk.
It seems signature character weapons are important but gearing more than the main damage dealer isn't that needed.
