>>533699468 (OP)F!Malk's ass is fucking legendary
>>533699468 (OP)>What are your hopes and fears for VTMB2?No hopes all fears. Who wanted vtmb2 cyberpunk edition.
>>533699468 (OP)Fishmalks are made to be taken advantage of, in a roundabout sort of way
Why do rogue traders exist? They just seem like lesser grand Inquisitors? Do we just exist to do the grand Inquisitors bitch work?
>>533699468 (OP)erm akshually sweetie this OP is very problematic.
>The monster disappeared, and silence returned once more. Steam rises from freshly baked cookies and fragrant tea on the table. Arueshalae gazes at her dream. You've never seen such joy on her face. โI... I just want to live here, in the mortal world. With you. I've solved the goddess's riddle. This is my true dream!โ
>Arueshalaeโs fragile body flares with a rainbow light, a swarm of blue butterflies surrounds her. She looks at you with shining eyes. โI love you. Will you be with me? Will you share my dream?โ
>The girl flinches, but doesnโt pull her hand away. She squeezes your hand with her dry, hot fingers. โI believe you. You must be real โ I donโt want to imagine a world where youโre not.โ
>As if she was just waiting for that, Arueshalae answers your smile with one of her own. โTogether, no hardship will scare us. Weโll get through it! We definitely will!โ
>The heat radiating from Arueshalaeโs body warms you and fills you with peace. Closing her eyes, she leans closer into you, her face moving toward yours...
>Arueshalae takes your hand in her small, hot palm, and the world around you fades away.
I bless this thread with my hands.
>>533699896>3 voiced choicesI hate it so much
>>533699468 (OP)>What are your hopes and fears for VTMB2?I don't care for it to the point that I have no hopes nor fears even. Nothing evokes any emotions in me towards it. I'm completely indifferent. It's development process is such an embarrassment it looks like noone even has a slightest idea for it.
Maybe I should go back to VTMB. I remember stopping last time in the library that was added with the patch
>>533700162I like the music that plays during that mission, but it doesn't fit it at all:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mIsUXhJngFo
Sister Argenta is so cool, owlcat should have at least given us a faux romance where she's really into a Dogmatic RT and you have like these talks with her where she's all like
>Alas, Lord Captain, I cannot suck your dick, for I am the Bride of the Emperor
but then she'd seethe at you getting sweet with other females nonetheless because she considers you a saint and would constantly ask you to take vows of celibacy
>>533699020Fantasy was basically stagnating and from people that actually played tabletop it was much harder to actually get into compared too 40K. So AoS was an attempt to get a clean slate.
Issue is/was that Fantasy just had awful advertisement and basically was only really known through video games like Blood Bowl,Total War and Vermintide. I don't hate AoS as some people do, it does have cool models but the advertisement for that world is fucking atrocious compared too 40K with millions of content creator on youtube and reddit and,
CGI autist that does advertisement for free and later got hired by GW because he's so talented
https://youtu.be/DVXEYksoE6c
>>533700428This so much this, and then add an ending slide where she ends up marrying some enforcer
[Evil](Attack) It's time to end you!
>>533700495Yeah and after he got hired he's produced nothing of worth or value. What a retard, should've just stayed on Patreon collecting tens of thousands from 40K faggots with his videos.
>click on idira
>quiet voices the lord captain is giving me an order
>click on abelard
>experience is all that matters
>click on henrix
>the inquisition has taught me many things
>click on argenta
>I've had this dream and I have had many like it chaos both seen and unseen surrounded me the planet was buring the screams of dammed children were piercing and despite being in a utterly hopeless situation I kept on firing with glee
So this bitch definitely has max insanity right?
>>533700653[Chaotic] Look who's here! Captain Coward!
>>533699865To send annoying people away from the imperium
>>533701153she actually cares because that shit happens everyday in 40k and the best thing you can do is to keep squeezing the trigger
Owlcat keeping Theodora's death vague is a great move because you can just imagine what a kino scene it would have been, there's a shipwide heretic riot and Argenta walks into the rogue traders study only to see Theodora fucking around with some Chaos shit. So she just ice cold pulls a pistol (it wasn't the bolter) and shoots theodora and then just domes the stunned Mort as well and simply leaves. But then throughout the game she must realize she was over the line big time so she refuses to elaborate on what she did and just drops hints that Theodora was a heretic. Owlcat has its moments imo.
This thread made me want to replay VTMB, so I reinstalled it along with the latest version of the unofficial patch, but when I get to the character screen I see no option to select a character's background history like I could on my previous version of the game, is this locked under a different version of the patch or another mod entirely?
Last thread anons said Owlkek Age of Sigmar game would flop. But I thought AOS was successful on TT and even has animated shows alongside 40K.
Why is AOS disliked? I thought they were doing well on TT at least?
>>533702215maybe you installed the fanfic one
>>533701153argenta's zealous and you can either help her temper it, let it run wild or fill her with self doubt if she tempers it and ends up friends with idira she preaches about idira in her SoB order that she makes which is neat
>>533699468 (OP)>What are your hopes and fears for VTMB2?Absolutely none
>>533702407>Why is AOS disliked?I hate it because it's just WH40K, but fantasy.
>>533702530I got this one: https://www.moddb.com/mods/vtmb-unofficial-patch which is the first result you get when googling 'VTMB unofficial patch'.
>What are your hopes and fears for VTMB2?
Another tremereBVLL specific ending.
>>533702407corporate fantasy
>>533702407The Tabletop is not expensive to get into compared to fantasy and 40K. And it's fun and the models are good. But in terms of lore, setting, design it's dogshit compared to both fantasy and 40K
>>533699468 (OP)>vtmb2I just want that dumpster fire to be released already so we can memeoryhole it.
Does ground beef still exist in warhammer, idira seems like the type of person to have there favorite food be ground beef with cheese.
>>533699865Conquistadors operating outside the Imperium
The inclusion of the inquisition characters was a mistake in RT, they have no place there
>>533703564that sounds really good
>idira will never give you vivid, teasing premonitions on what you're going to do to each other later
>>533699468 (OP)>hopesI hope it's flopping doesn't kill the chances of future VTM projects
>fearsI fear that it will
>>533704164So if I'm getting this right usually in rogue trader campaigns there is no inquisition to tell you what to do and the big bad is fighting chaos or aliens?
>>533704164>The inclusion of the inquisition characters was a mistake in RT, they have no place thereFully agree, proves owlcat didn't really understand the setting. Jimmy operating alone would have probably been okay but lol at the whol Calzone stuff
>>533704761>rogue trader campaignsWhat campaigns lol. gw doesn't really support the setting anymore. The campaigns are whatever your gm makes them and if he wants the Inquisition involved then it will be
>>533699865It's both to let exceptional people to expand borders of the Imperium without being shackled down by too many rules AND to exile problematic people away from the Imperium.
Remember that you are a Space Conquistador, but you don't fully own your Protectorate. Eventually you will have to give it all away to the Imperium and then fuck off even further to start from scratch, again colonizing some shitholes first. This is why people in game seethe at you already and rather see you gone. Like Macharius Sauerback
>>533705151>Remember that you are a Space Conquistador, but you don't fully own your Protectorate.Except in the Koronus Expanse the rogue trader dynasties are ALL multi-generational and are full kingdoms in their own right because the Imperium has other fish to fry and is taking its sweet time officially moving in
>>533704164>The inclusion of the inquisition characters was a mistake in RT, they have no place thereLol, little baby is mad he's not the biggest dick on the block
>>533705803The Inquisition relies on being able to commandeer the Imperial machinery to its own ends, without it an Inquisitor is just a psyker. Calcazar would never be able to build the kind of influence he has in the Koronus Expanse becuase they would just kill him and say it was xenos or whatever
>>533699865>Why do rogue traders exist?Because it's the best way of getting rid of inconvenient nobles without it errupting into civil war.

Anybody here playing tactical D&D mods?
It's really the ultimate challenge in the D&D realm. There is nothing else out there. No other game, definitely not the newest release, and no other Baldurs Gate 2 mod either. SCS simply doesn't cut it if you are looking for a challenge.
I uploaded a few videos here if anybody wants to have a taste, the mod is called Improved Anvil:

>>533704671I know Paradox said they won't do a vtmb3 at most
>>533705987>without it an Inquisitor is just a psyker.Do you actually believe all Inquisitors are psykers? Damn, bro, at least read a little bit more wiki articles before posting
>>533704761That's right. You're investigating xenomysteries and going on space adventures with your loyal and exotic crew
No inquisitors
>>533704164There's literally a section dedicated to the Inquisition in one of Rogue Trader rulebooks. It has a presence in Koronus whether you like it or not.
>psyker will no longer be a origin and will be a class in dark heresy
Good or bad change?
>Equip Regill with a pick
>Get this
Bro what the fuck is that
>>533699865Rogue Traders are Explorers and Traders. Inquisition is secret police and exterminators
>>533706241That just means Calcazar has even less real power in the expanse
Owlcat is unable to write a Robert E Howard type of story so they have to rely on a stupid "no he was the big bad evil guy all along" twist instead of giving us an adventure full of mystery and whimsy.
Give me a single (ONE) reason to forgive Yrliet.
>>533707616Be patient she's retarded.
Argenta should have been Asian and romanceable
>>533707342"whimsy" is a good way to get called reddit 'round these parts sweetheart
>>533706730Good one. A psyker should have their own background.
>>5337076161. She's literally retarded
2. making her kill the farseer then give up on Alatoic is funny
3. you can very easily shift blame to marazhai/kunrad/yremeryss/lord lardass/vect/cegorach/fate
Yriet couldn't just let me jork it to her lithe nude xeno body every now and again?
>>533708705Have you seen the way she looks? If you get hard on for that then you're really desperate
>>533706783It's a little baby pick for your gnomes' little baby hands.
>>533707736>>533708217Well, that's not good enough reasoning for me.
>>533707616There is no reason to forgive Yrliet. However she's still not completely at fault and is still worth keeping around.
1. She did not intentionally betray you, literally retarded etc.
2. You would have explored a rumor about a xenos presence anyway. In fact, you'd fly your ship into a black hole just because it was there. It's just unfortunate that you lost your plot armor at that specific encounter.
3. She can still be useful in future dealings with xenos. Furthermore, if she found more elves or a whole new craftworld, you could report to the Imperium about it.
4. She now owes you big time and death/exile is far, far too lenient. If she wants forgiveness, you're going to make her work for it.
>>533708830She has a hot body

I found everybody's favourite Bethesda employee Emil Pagliarulo's name in the 'special thanks' section of Rogue Trader's credits. Just thought that was funny.
>>533699865>have big empire>have fussy nobles or whatever that have resources and shit>give them a "ok you can do a little bit of heresy, as a treat" card in exchange for them doing all the expanding for youPretty simple
>>533705987They kinda missed making Koronus feel like not part of the imperium. It just feels like any other sector
Quite simply, there should have been an option to make Ylriet my personal xenos cum dump as punishment for her crimes. Forcing myself on her and her having to grit her teeth and bear it would be a better punishment than lashes or saying sorry.
>>533703564i'm honestly not sure if cows still exist honestly. a lot of animals were exported to other worlds and such but for meat humanity mostly eats big lizards (grox)

>>533709831Shes good in battle

>>5337098311. she's also retarded
2. it is heresy not to forgive her
3. bumpy git can pump out some dakka
>>533709831She did nothing wrong?
So the anti-alien agenda only extends to sentient aliens, right?
The good citizens of the Imperium don't go around purging aliens plants and animals

>>533710627Oh yeah on that note you can even see it in the game itself, you find some alien critters in some planet events and take some as pets or hunt them for fun and food and stuff

>>533713414Good
It's better that way. You can still do all her quests. Like everyone else she has a better ending if you keep your sticky paws off her.
She sticks around as your helper for a while then you part amicably. Evidently she likes being your property for a while.
>>533714230heresy isn't Heresy
>>533714230You remember how Hernan Cortez and Christopher Columbus and James Cook had a fucking cop breathing down their neck the whole way? I don't
Good morning sirs please recommend your favorite NWN modules (preferably one that doesn't force you to play female PC and get gangbanged by orcs) and a quick rundown on Fighter/Rogue/Weapon Master thank you
>>533713505I always buff Cassia's INT to the stratosphere and then have her solve this. Makes her even more broken than what she already is, but the game is a cakewalk by that point anyway. Having a free Finest Hour just makes it go much faster
I was a bit disappointed with the heretic ending after defeating the edge of daybreak and becoming 'the master', it didn't feel like it had any impact on your available choices you had to pick from after beating the c'tan shard. Maybe it has and you can't make it submit to you unless you've previously defeated edge of daybreak, but idk.
>>533714750I don't think you can make the C'tan submit except in the chaos path
Your choices are stick it in Calcazar's contraption or kill it

what would it be like, having edge of daybreak as a pet
Maybe it's because I'm old (28) but I like Jae's romance the most. It feels real.
Cassia's seems childish and the other two remind me of awful gfs I've had in the past
There is so much unique gear in RT you'll never use because the effects are either too niche or not enough to match the reqlly broken shit
>>533716057evidently, a sword that makes you nuke yourself

He no longer remembers anything before his time as a sanctioned psyker. While he gave the impression of a normal psyker before he was rogue trader, the constant exposure to danger awakened the repressed psychic abilities he unconsciously held back to preserve his sanity. None could sense it because it'd be like a tadpole realizing there was a world outside its pond. His natural aptitude is with fire, but his devotion towards the emperor, a manifestation of his growing psychosis, allowed him to perform sanctic abilities. Telepathy followed from simply being around the choir. Biomancy occurred as a result of his torture by the drukhari, which also caused his latent abilities to drastically reveal themselves. He now sees the future, though he mistakes it for his own predictions.

She didn't lead you into a trap, because she was actually trusting the drukhari. She got betrayed too. So the question is whether you forgive her of being retarded, which in my opinion people who are retarded should get a second chance as long as they learn from their mistakes. People who are retarded did not choose to be retarded, they're born that way, so how much can we really hold it against them? Think of her more like a child you have to chaperone. I killed her in one of my playthroughs but it wasn't satisfying, because I realized I was punishing a stupid person for being stupid and that's not really satisfying. Recently I forgive her, and she learns a lesson, and she's loyal after that, which is a more satisfying ending imo.
>>533709831People say this as a meme, but this is one case where she unironically didn't do anything wrong. She caught Theodora red handed consulting the glass during a time of crisis, it wasn't just on her desk or on the wall or something. It was in her hand during the heretic incursion on the bridge. So Argenta did what she should have done, which is kill an archeretic who was in a position of power that would have had her killed for the discovery and continued on as a corrupted individual in a leadership position. There was no possibility of due process, and Argenta's life was over at that point if she didn't act first. She literally did the only right move available. A compromised rogue trader is such a complicated situation if you don't just solve it with a bullet. Which she did.

Is this quest broken?

>>533727208>She caught Theodora red handed consulting the glass Rogue traders are allowed to do this that's the whole point of the warrant (rogue traders are allowed to do anything they want as long as they're are expanding the imperium)
>>533727227Is your game not updated or something
They directly said they fixed that
Who else is drunk af right now and is thinking about dark heresy, bloodlines 2 and solasta 2
>>533727738That's not actually true. If you are caught red handed being a chaotic cultist, you're going to get a bullet in the head. The fact that Ulfar or Jimmy don't kill you is just a gameplay handwave for the sake of a videogame.
Rogue Traders have a signed permission slip to do whatever they want, but that doesn't mean you can start being an outright heretic. The community, mostly secondaries, like to meme about how you can do literally whatever you want but that's just not true. If someone catches you in bed with a damonette or chanting to khorne or some shit, actually fraternizing with the archenemy, you're dead. Because that means you're corrupted and you're not going to actually serve the imperium properly, which is still your mandate, even if you have permission to do it in unorthodox ways. And Theodora was indeed caught red handed, and Argenta correctly surmised that there was no way to apply due process against a rogue trader on her own ship in her own sector of space, so she just solved it the old fashioned way. Absolutely correct.

>>533733346Making up lies about rogue traders in order to kill them for some reason is not really serving the emperor. A proper rogue trader who is not chaos corrupted serves the emperor by expanding his borders. That's the job description. Argenta serves the emperor above all, her religion is her life, so why would she make up a reason to kill a fellow servant of the emperor? How does that serve the emperor?
And the theory that Argenta is a heretic pretending to be a SoB is way too many hoops to jump through. She would have to constantly fool everyone around her, which includes Cassia who is a walking lie detector. She would have to manifest her faith based miracles through warp magic instead and just mimic faith miracles, which would not pass against people like Jimmy and idira who actually use warp abilities. It would also involve her planting the evidence on Theodora's corpse, which implies prior planning, and would be something Idira could emphatically detect. And of course there's also the issue of later we find out from other sources that Theodora was indeed a heretic, so there is no tampering of evidence required so why would Argenta tamper with evidence. You don't have to frame someone for something they actually do.
I'm not convinced. We can take the story at face value.

Moreover, the themes of Pasqal's quest are progress vs stasis, and whether progress is always a good thing (Pasqal discreetly thinks it is unless you convince him otherwise)
I like it, because you discuss substantial ideas with him when talking on the ship, not just his personal difficulties like all the other companion quests.

The Emperor would execute almost all dogmautists for worshipping him as a god, in direct contravention to the Imperial Truth (gods are not real). He would spare the rare atheist dogmatic like Ulfar.
He would also execute Iconoclasts as dangerous subversives

>>533737848Game dependent. NWN is the quintessential Sorc kino
>>533771372It doesn't need to be subverted. Pathfinder and the other DnD settings are fine as they are.
Even though RT is turn based and more casual friendly than Pathfinder, it still sells worse, because the setting is just so fucking boring and doesn't appeal to anybody outside the regular 40k autists, that love to larp as imperial guards.
>>533771201I know what you mean. The original 40k book from 1987 was just called Rogue Trader and was a general purpose rpg and wargame setting. There was a lot of variety in worlds and aliens.
But it's devolved since then into endless gothic industrial slop
It's also due to the fact that GW only wants game designers to use races for which there are minis
>>533771173But that's not what's happening in RT. Locations are massively varied here. There is everything here honestly, jungles, snow planets, desolate planets, cumrag, necron tombs, craftworld ruins, feudal and feral worlds etc
>>533771201>way more diverse thanWrong
It's exactly, explicitly this same as in fantasy games, including Pathfinder games. Because 40k is fantasy in space
>>533771792Some of those away missions were really cool. I liked the base full of gas
>>533771516Opposite goes for Argenta. She seems heavily in favour of Iconoclast choices
>>533771792>Because 40k is fantasy in spaceThis is a cope.
What makes fantasy fun for most folks is the lack of technology that makes the world different from ours. Flying around in a space ship dropping off at different planets and space ships, fighting aliens, having an arsenal of different guns. Nothing of that 'feels' fantasy to most people. What matters most is how the setting 'feels'
>>533771516Yeah, He really doesn't give a fuck if you go full heretic
>>533771935Argenta obviously has some wavering faith in the Imperium but you don't get to really explore that unless you do the iconoclast ending where she's willing to exile herself for you rather than take the order to kill you.
>>533771647>it sells worsei think it sold better than the pathfinders they're even increasing their budget this time for the new one
>>533771784It's because a significant portion of their fanbase has been somehow indoctrinated by a fictional space empire and will lose their shit if the entire setting doesn't revolve around the Imperium.
Just look at the people who come into this Rogue Trader game and get mad about how it's disrespecting the setting because you don't instantly murder every xenos.

>>533771978>This is a cope. No, it isn't. At all. Priestly was literally not allowed to use actual aliens when world building. All aliens in 40k are fantasy races alongside literal demons from hell. 40k tech is outdated and everyone is running around with swords, hammers and axes while casting unapologetic magic which doesn't try at all to be excused with some scifi bullshit. Ships act like medieval/ancient ships down to ramming being a thing. It explicitly feels like Fantasy and it's the very intention. Posterboy Marines are and look like generic knights, but holding a gun sometimes in an addition to a sword
>>533772936>All aliens in 40k are fantasy racesThe Hrud? The Jokaero? The mind wasps?
>>533772936Why would anyone even disagree with this? It's objectively the sci-fi version of warhammer.

>>533773457>When people see all these things, they don't think 'fantasy' they think 'sci-fi'Nah. It being such a blatant fantasy in space is what is marketed and it's main appeal
Fucking space battles are barely relevant here anyway
Planet hopping is no different from travelling to different continent on a ship, with bulk of populace not travelling between planets anyway
And again, Aliens here are fucking Elves and Orcs
Original Star Trek is surprisingly well thought out. The bridge is round so the captain can see everything and control things himself if necessary. The ship is that shape for heat control, and the deflector dish is for pushing away dust particles at ftl speeds. The planets are mainly shitholes
90s trek is fantasy slop. The bridge layout no longer makes any sense. Picard can't see what's happening at the back

I have a question about Rogue Trader. I'm planning to build a damage-focused Sanctic build through Master Tactician, but I'm not sure which archetype to choose first. Many recommend Officer because it has a talent for Resolve, but it only provides 3, and I donโt see much else interesting for damage with Officer. Soldier, on the other hand, seems to have some decent and appealing bonuses.

I don't really know how those prestige classes work at all but I think leveling as magus should naturally allow me to become an eldritch knight eventually. And it does not progresses the secondary class abilities (like arcanas)
You are correct about BAB, you get 10 levels like a FULL bab class (say fighter).
Not a fun of this specific multiclass, honestly. Arcanas help more. Eldritch would help more if if you went eldritch scoundrel that has limited martial abilitiies and 2/3d bab and you wanted to boost it a bit(you lose minimal sneak and rogue tricks)

When you think about it really hard, a female paladin with a sufficiently high charisma would be able to solve a very high percentage of problems simply by prostituting herself.
Paying off someone's debt of any kind? Quickly raising money for a person in need? Soothing the rage of someone who is about to commit murder (bonus points if it's an incel)? Exposing a corrupt official by gathering evidence that can only be obtained by becoming close with the said person? Apprehending villains in a non-violent fashion? Dealing with an orc raid? Placating a dragon into leaving some village unroasted? The list goes on and on. Realistically, only undead and bloodthirsty beasts would be immune, but even then there are exceptions like vampires.
In fact, it is very challenging to even imagine a scenario that a sufficiently charismatic female paladin can't fuck her (or someone else's) way out of. Truly, one has to keep this in mind when designing quests.

Romance in 40K goes against the setting.
It should be focused on battles, hopelessbess, nihilism and grimdarkness. It's a setting where everyone is suffering every day toiling in vain in an unwinnabke war. If they replaced it with rape and torture despite attracting weird coomers it would make more sense.
>>533807195You are just as bad as them
>>533807195Cope incel. My rogue trader and his army of mutant/xeno/daemon offspring will bring love and peace to the galaxy

>>533808525I am interested by the idea of a Warhammer sims clone
>>533807832Forever mystery thing. There's a sector in the far reaches of the Imperium bordering the Koronus Expanse, called the Halo Stars, and in it there was once a xenos civilization that went extinct by the time humanity reached there. There's also an implication that the device's actual first victim is (You), and that you're slowly getting replaced by a xenos consciousness, like Johnny Silverhand if Johnny was actually an extremely aggressive alien monster.
>>533808525if its fantasy yeah.

was aylin meant to be annoying little shit?
not killing her is immediate fucking regret, the first thing she does is going full main character and acting like she's hot shit, flies to ketheric only to get immediately caged once again, gets rescued again while still pretending to be the protagonist, then stomps on ketheric like a fucking chaotic evil lunatic dark urge maniac she probably is and I can't even tell that bitch to stop and she's acting like she personally saved the day when she missed every attack

>>533807195>everyone is getting raped all the time
>>533828397I think the game prevents you from having more than two companions because I couldnโt find autist elf after finding Argenta and Solomon. Maybe try finishing the first arena fight and you can interact with the dog?
>>533827442Feats look fine but I'm not going to think about it too deeply.
I don't think the cost for going 19->20 is worth it, and that dex won't add to your ac much, heavy armor typically has a +0 or +1 limit to what you can add with dex.
If you go finesse to use Dex then all that str is a bit wasteful.
I'd drop one a bit, str or dex, and wouldn't go higher than 19 at the very most. Wis is nice for making will saves and contributes to Perception which is always nice.
>>533829032Im on the last arena fight. I think its over. I also didn't bring Argenta but I see they are connected to the Commissar thing.
>>533827442Also just as a note that I don't think it's mentioned anywhere, if you hold shift (or is it control?) you get a free 5ft of movement that doesn't proc attack of opportunity. Took me way too long to realize that.

>>533830231There's a feat that lets you add str to intimidate bonus and then you can go Dazzling Display and Cornugon Smash and Shatter Defenses, very effective. Might be worth considering instead of Dodge (it's just a +1 right? Pretty worthless at high level, mostly it's a prerequisite for other feats)
Razortusk also pretty pointless especially at that level.
But if you're playing Core you don't have to be this picky unless you want to. Honestly you won't be doing much missing even with str/dex at 18 for instance, and there's wiggle room for some wasted feats
