Nearly half the cast has the movement to get to the team in the seconds before health regen even kicks in. The ones who don't, don't want to be away from their team in the first place. So 1. health regen isn't necessary. If it ain't necessary than why implement if it doesn't actually provide value? In order to have value it needs to be stronger than taking the 4 seconds to move to your team and the 4 seconds it takes to move back to any dive position, which would lead to divers leaving their team 5v6 for whole matches. So 2. it makes the game worse. And killing enemies not on top of point isn't impossible without health regen, all you have to do is push forward as team. Cap is a diver with no threat, he is difficult to get value with because while you CAN pressure supports they will always outheal your damage unlike characters with unreactable 100 to 0s like Magik and BP

Widow is hard because unlike Hela/Phoenix who can miss 4 shots and then hit 2 headshots and get the oneshot low execution barrier Widow has such a long delay between shots every single miss is a significant misplay along with being squishy and easily dived and some of the worst close range threat out of any character
Adam and Ultron are easy to execute, the reason they are hard to generate value with is because their ults dont imact the game as much and as easily as a standard luna/cnd does
star lord and torch are very easy to get value with, you get kills with their simple to damage with kits WHEN you know what you are doing is what this list is about not some first timer who doesnt play the characters
C&D is very difficult to fuck up, she has easy aiming but the macro involved in hitting proper fades and light screens is much more involved than just putting the ability on cooldown, the difference between a good C&D and a bad one is extremely easy to spot where the difference between a one above all Luna and a Diamond Luna is indecipherable
Hulk is literally braindead you jump in, shield when you get low, jump away, get healed, and do it again and again, he is Captain America except he can actually KILL the supports not just put pressure on them

BP 100%. He is simultaneously over and underpowered because he's just such a matchup character. BP players feel like he's too weak because there are fights he just loses if the two players are even remotely similar in skill level, and BP haters think he's strong because they play a BP vulnerable character (or they're just tired of having teammates fail to respond to him properly).
