To beat level 25 I redeemed Ryuji and used Lufel + Ann. Ann would end up healing the nose with AOE but Ryuji does so much damage that it doesn't matter. I tried to time it so thatthe eyes and mouth died at the same time so the mouth would just revive the nose which is easy to kill with ryuji plus melee attacks. At 25 the AI can only revive once every other turn too so it's plenty of time to dps the mouth.
