The real problem with Olga is that Nasu has shifted his entire story to revolve around her to its detriment. We haven't even met out main villain yet, probably because Nasu is so focused on forcing people to like Olga by trying to make her the focus of the story.
Say what you will about male characters like Galahad, Solomeme and Camazotz, but at least their moments are brief, to the point and non-intrusive. Solomon's sacrifice was a good example of something done right. I can't mention a single positive thing about Olga's inclusion as a character in terms of bettering the story.
