Mysticism is Amy's "thing", it's the basis for her Hammer even. HERE IS HOW YOU MAKE A NEW SILVER
TODAY'S EXAMPLE IS SURGE
Step 1:
Sega needs to not care about the characterization of the character. With Silver, it was because 06 failed. But Surge already has the work done for us. Sega doesn't care about her!
Step 2:
Fans. Fans. Fans. Can't stress it enough. We need an "Evan". We need a Surgefag who grew up reading AO3 and Wattpad and Fanfiction.net. The kind of person who sorted by humor and romance (And sometimes set the age rating to M) This person will be full of headcanons just like how Evan fully believed in Uwuver throughout her life.
Step 3:
That fan needs to grow older and get hired onto an official project where Surge is present. This may be difficult because IDW could end before Surge's youngest fans become adults
Step 4:
Officiation. The fan will then inject their headcanons (Let's say, tsundere) into the main canon with nothing to stop them. "Real" Surgefags will scream into the void as new Tsurgefags arise. Just like Uwuverfags. They will completely ruin the character and alter the discourse forever.
