If you want to hit those stats you probably want to be at 900-1k stamina after/during the 2nd summer vacation, at least that's how it was iirc for my good Oguri/Teio(Anime) runs.
It's just highrolling at every stage of the run, fast bonds on target training types, good sparks during inspiration, great mood for majority of the run, lucky rainbow stacks during summer vacation, all that.

Thoughts?
I've been able to get her speed to ss+ and power to a+ with a 5 speed and 1 stam deck, so I'm hoping I can do the reverse for better farming odds.
But I also don't know what I'm doing, due to being sort of retarded.

At a certain point though you're looking at 10+ runs to end with one that has better raw stat averages + better skill hint distribution and getting both is entirely RNG within RNG so if you want to leave it there to focus on another Uma for now you can.

November 1st, the JBC Classic. Repeatable in year 3.
Power continues to be a problem. I may have to just go off-path and try to bruteforce power up high enough. I should have considered this and brought 3 speed 2 power 1 stam instead of 4 speed 2 stam, but that's what 1st runs are for: learning.
