nash had combat hp regen which got removed because it was a contributor to a lot of missed smites
instead they looked at how much hp it regens in general and added it to his hp pool by default
it takes the same time to kill it unless it's being stalled/ignored during a teamfight, in those cases since it doesn't have hp regen anymore it's just gonna take less time to kill overall(unless it resets)

I think smurfing is a riot games problem. The game itself encourages you to smurf and have multiple accounts, so does riot.
Its most of the time no problem eitherwy since if you actually smurf your mmr is higher than usual and even if you smurf in gold your enemies will be emerald.
Its kinda stupid handled, but usually you dont meet genuine gold players unless you purposefully lose to lower MMR and buy deboosted accs.

I had a corsiar watercooler that just recycled water between two pipes but to be honest I just got a headsink and that stuffs super quiet, cheap and does the job, maybe boomers were kinda right about the whole rgb stuff being a meme lol. Regardless you will have to drain it out because that is something you need to do.
