Preferably a way that won't get patched due to some glitch over "clever use of game mechanic."

I think a new player getting 20 into attack giving them a free mithril longsword (Which they can just buy a mithril scimitar from the exchange) is a huge boost to early game stuffs.

Anyone got any ideas? Can level 10 wizard do it? There's two quests that boost you to 10 that you can buy from the grand exchange to skip the grind on. Can 10 mage grind to 13 mage for fire strike do it?
