I joined in the middle of the Stellar Blade event a few months back and have gotten every limited SSR except A2 and Raven who I didn't try for. That's on top of 650-ish pulls on the standard banner, which has got me 2 pilgrims and one overclock. If you want a specific standard unit (like Elegg or Blanc/Noir or something because of all the porn) you can reroll for those too, which I didn't do but have read is very easy to do in Nikke. If you don't reroll and want a specific standard character then it can be a matter of luck. Overall I would say it's very generous and you even get free meta units at certain milestones so your chance of being left behind because of not getting lucky with team comps is low too.
