you seem to be the type that heavily optimizes the game, as for me i wouldn't even put a smoke card in a non smoke deck despite having no downsides, all my smoke decks are in floors built up of only smoke key pages and with that setup my smoke card is better since it allows for more smoke hit than gain to be put in the deck.
probably not the answer you want but I just like this card better, it's more well rounded and versatile for smoke decks as where yours is just for any deck that needs smoke output without having to suffer from smoke input or waste a keynote slot.
