of which there are 77, some seem quite easy to fix like the arcane talent one but then you have stuff like lower ranked auras overriding higher ranked ones whichll affect things like downranked druid moonfires. theres also random shit like the 2 dragon bosses in ST despawning instantly on death
now these are the ones that have been reported and confirmed, meaning someone in any of the past beta tests will have reported these issues, had them logged and an epoch dev has had to have confirmed it being a real bug
the real important keyword here is REPORTED. i explained last thread how even the most recent beta 3.5 only had a max pop of around 300-350ish at the most and that was across all level ranges. the only content thats actually been tested by players has been at a max level of 15.
theres still another 45 levels including endgame content, class balance and other jank like goldfarms that havent had a chance to be tested in a live environment
i fully expect gigantic patch notes every week on maintenance day and even talent resets for classes being hotfixed for balance issues
its gonna be a wild ride if epoch ever does launch properly

lets say there's a quest to kill a leader in a town, to get to that leader without flying you would have to either
A) Use your class mechanics such as stealth to navigate carefully past the mobs to avoid detection and actually feel like your class choice was meaningful because of you being able to do this.
B) Fight through the town, potentially with other players also in the area on the way to the boss enemy to fight the important NPC.
That is core to the experience, it is crucial to the experience and it gives the world danger and meaning.
If you have flying instead, what you end up doing is just pressing spacebar, flying on top of the important npc, dismounting, killing, mounting back up again and flying over everything.
