Here is how m+ goes:
5-10 min finding and filling a group
Always at least one carry in the group
15% of them end up bricking the key
Filled with people that don’t know the mechanics or tryhards that demand advanced mdi tactics
Maybe 5% of pug keys are with a good ilvl group that does mechanics doesn’t rage etc
The only way to somewhat counteract the m+ shitshow is by poopsocking one main for the first few weeks/months. If you want to play alts or not blitz through the content enjoy the m+ pug rancid diarrheafest

There would be none of those problem if gearing wasn't multiple layers of gambling stacked on top of each other intentionally designed to keep you playing. They could make m+ chest just offer you a choice of the item out of loot table, like mini-vault. There could add more NPCs selling gear you want for currency.
