There's just no reason to use any of them over the Wrecker.

it depends, space tycoon is quick because it saves your inventory and all clickers give the same xp but it only gives you around 100k before you need to close and open again
island mansion tycoon takes a while for the first time and you can't leave it unattended because it's based on you emoting somewhere and it kicks you for afking

Power Rangers is weird because it's kind of like adults writing out what they think kids think is awesome. Power armors, ninjas, aliens, dinosaurs, time travel, space travel, samurai, power cops. One minute everyone's being kooky at a juice bar, the next the guitars start blaring as they kick ass in a big dramatic fight as the DBZ-ification of awesome music tries to play over a wacky sentai fight, and then a comedic relief character or villain stumbles around for a couple minutes going stupid. It wants to BE badass, and occasionally you do get some good moments or drama depending on the season, but so much of it is the kind of wacky shit you see from the likes of Disney/Nick live shows where young adults pretending to be teens have to act in a way a writer thinks teens should be acting, and it suffers for it.

American ideas of mixing their buttrock awesome and ideas of cool in with a zany franchise that knows what it wants to be is inevitably going to be weird. But in that "so bad it's good" kind of way most of the time, because besides some terrible acting depending on the character, they do try.
