Just start with some AIO packs like skyland etc. to start narrowing it down. Then just go through models/textures sorting by popularity and getting what you like. It's a long process.

Hello /tesg/, it's been about two years since I modded SSE and I have two questions:

1.) Does anyone use In-Game Patcher? (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/158681) The thing that burnt me out last time was adding keywords to items, so being able to do it while playing seems very convenient.

2.) Is there a good parallax texture mod for Whiterun (or cities in general) that supports texture blending? I can't recall if it's an issue specific to ENB, but parallax textures cause texture seams to be very visible and very ugly, and while there's plenty of terrain textures that support blending, I don't know any ones for architecture, cities, etc.
