How rare are inferior superconductors? I'm saving the bionic ones for Eileen and Melissa, got 8, but somehow I only got 3 inferior ones. Tier lists recommend focusing on Mary, Winston, and Emily... but I love Ana and she's my only guard.

Am I tanked if I spend a superconductor on her or can I get them easy later on?

For dispatch missions, is there ever a reason not to use character specific choices or SP Branch choices? (What even is a SP Branch?). Also is there any reason to ever fill out a pilot roster after completing all the mission prerequisites? Meaning if you fill out all the requirements with just two pilots, is there any reason to make it overkill and fill the remaining slots if you have pilots to spare?

I've started playing recently, just reached chapter 3. I wasn't doing anything with my mechs, only upgraded some to level 6 or 10, and I start to feel how weak they are. How should I proceed? I use purple STs for all of my most used characters, but I also have a lot of spare blue mechs, should I use all the blue spares to upgrade blues fully or there's better use for themt? Also, I've got a spare Radiance set that one of my raiders is using occasionally, should I use it to upgrade my main Radiance? Don't have any spare purples beside Radiance though. Or should I just enhance them all and don't do anything else? Feels like a "make a wrong choice and ruin everything" moment.

It has some interesting parts. The core automatically reloads tactical weapon ammo. I think re-atk and/or stationary skills like rack trigger it too. And the legs have up to a 15% damage bonus when you have 250 excess power, which is pretty huge for one part

Yeah pilots was a problem there, I resorted to using under leveled Cicero in last part just because double rocket Malthus was my strongest ST at the time, he did okay actually. Just don't overcommit your best characters at first map. First one is truck escort, truck AI is really wanky there, defender helps alot in this, second can be really hard or easy depending if you have fast and strong melee who can oneshot drone-spawner, third one has annoying rocket turrets who aim at one of your ST each turn so good healer is a must.

Well shit. I started Mecharashi on day one, it started out fun but as with many gacha rpgs I got to a point where I wasn't making any sort of progress. I wasn't fully EOP but there's enough text thrown at me that I'm sure part of why was getting the shit kicked out of me so bad was at least in part the language gap. I didn't quit so much as put it down after beating my head against the wall for too long. Last I updated they were doing an NGE tie-in.

The elite battles are pretty tough this round, 9-4 is pretty fucking hard probably because they want you to grind raider/sniper/fighter cubes first. I dont think i'd be able to beat this early without rolling for lorna.
You cant get the supply crate here unless you have a lot of DPS to take care of all the mobs going for the exit when youre down one attacker. Would've gotten the double kill on both bosses the same round but I ended up killing catherine too early. Also somehow unequipped coercion on frida like an idiot but she still pulled through with load raid and charge up AP passive. The next elite battle has the big ass flying titan so I dont know if Im able to do this yet.

The new elite chapter isn't for bionic computer anymore but each mission instead improves an entire class. It's suggested that you do fighters and snipers first because a break results in re-atk, so crossing a small damage threshold can potentially do a lot more if it lets you hit again. It's only a suggestion though. Kelly and Natalia can just rack and re-act indefinitely so meh. I'll probably do Raiders and Tacticians before Sniper or just burn a little extra stamina and do em all

Need frida to quickly move to right side and have eileen soften them up so she can kill them with load raid and hope the enemy doesnt break her shotgun. Then you also need to position her + sylvie by the time the 2 bots spawn in the top right which can gameover you if you dont deal with them pre-emptively.
Middle area just blow them up and try to break their legs, sylvie's ambush lets you disable the tank so you dont have to use bloom on that turn when you want to kill anything around them.

The RNG in this game is deterministic and it's a good thing, otherwise the rewinds devolve into save-scumming like X-COM. It's not the only game in the genre that does it- check Tactics Ogre. If you want different outcome, make moves or attacks with other units and try again. If you want different RNG seed, restart the map.

For the ones that have 8 levels like Urgent Repair, Adaptive, Retaliation, Breaker, I would only try and finish off whatever sets you have. These will give you unique effects if you slot all 4 into a 3/4 upgraded Aglow, Gillesrais, Dias, and Malthus respectively. But these skills stack up for shit on anything else. They're the least powerful mods requiring the heaviest connectors until that final 8/8 effect

For the II mods. DMG Taken and Armor are pretty good for Guardians but I wouldn't jump at those unless you want to burn a bunch of spare cash

Kaidan shines after you upgrade him to A rank (you'll get a token for it at some point, I forget when). Make sure you equip him with some chips so he gains access to his neural drive abilities. Kaidan is pretty useless without his ability to RE-ATK, but once you get that up and running, you want to spam crush arm and just cripple every enemy one after another and take them out of the fight without even needing to kill them.

My setup is Ana using Step Forward and having Pochy behind her with the repair assist ability, so she gets heals from both her own passive and Pochy's. It should get even better when I get a Gillesrais since that also has an innate passive repair module. I unlocked Diracca recently but I like Ana so much I'm not sure if I'll actually switch.

Crush Arm is key in many maps, combined with Sylvie they make a great pairing despite the hate fuck aura they give each other

Going back and 3 starring low level elite battles I botched in the past is really comfy when you're overleveled and can just stomp all the enemies.

Ngl, I still don't understand why Kaidan is better than Marcus for most people. Maybe a fully upgraded Marcus, but so far —missing only the last skill unlock and both being in a Twilight Fang— it's not even close. Kaidan flies all over the map reatking and breaking arms while Marcus just sits there doing a second attack at most.

Marcus has link attacks, can re-attack when he pleases and can make use of HMG or flamethrower. The nice thing about Kaidan is he gets boost to accuracy and evade at 1 cell range and the occasional clutch preemptive punch
I can't get SS clear on double helicopters because my raiders Rosa and Rebecca are lacking and I wasted my inferior bionics and don't have Winston's gamma 2 level 5. I've seen a whale brute force it with raiders w/o Winston's fixed damage

He can't solo unless he heavily outlevels his enemies, pair him with a support unit and he'll wreck everything. Soften up a mob with an AoE attack (missile launchers, raider machinegun spray, polearm sweeps, etc) so that all of the enemy's parts have some HP shaved off. At this point you'll either have a guarenteed part break with Crush Arm, or in a best case scenario, you'll be able to break multiple parts with a shotgun blast or potentially even finish the enemy off. Once you killed or crippled a single enemy with this method Kaidan's purpose has been served, because he can now move again and attack other targets. If you set it up right he can kill or cripple three enemies in one turn and move halfway across the map in the process to let you access areas you shouldn't be able to get to in round 1 of the fight which is a major advantage in some missions.

You can cheese him with pochy and catherine with guts. First turn send pochy to the map edge near him so he targets him, everyone else except catherine tries to shoot off his legs while 2 rings away from his explosion
Next turn send catherine to him and dont attack, she'll buy you enough turns to delete off his legs which he wont able to reach up to anyone else unless you fuck up with positioning

You don't need to suicide Pochy, Catherine can solo tank him forever with +1 movement backpack. Make sure she doesn't have polearm equipped

If you do bring Seven, Pochy can be used to tank hookshots from both melee guys that spawn later
I highly recommend William mercenary (with accuracy mods if possible), he can be sieged in one cell and never move
