I want to play Arc Warden but i've never played a hero that has you control multiple units before, is there a good guide explaining everything you can and should do with extra units? Learning that you can queue up commands with shift+action is a pretty big deal I never learned about even though it's helpful even just with your basic hero

A spell from from d&d in which the target is trapped in an interdimensional maze.
Do you think something like that could be implemented?
I'm thinking it would work like the astral imprisonment from OD or the disruption from shadow demon, but rather than coming back to the game after x amount of time your character has to get out himself escaping maze only he can see. From that player's point of view, you only see the maze and can't come back to the fight until you escape, while everyone else just sees like an orb with maze walls on the surface or something.
Also, maybe, the target enemy gets damaged for every second he spends in the maze without escaping.

Could be an ult for a minotaur themed hero, maybe?

New player (45~ hours). Really really enjoying Arc Warden.

I picked him initially because he just looks cool, especially compared to most of the cast which are kind of boring looking but I wasn't too sure about arc because of the dreaded "micro" but in practice it's a lot easier than I thought it would be especially when you learn about being able to queue up commands with shift+input. When you're fighting with your double you only need to just press tab to switch between them when spamming abilities.

Despite having no stuns or inherent mobility it feels like he can lock down and chase harder than a lot of characters built for that, though I imagine it'll be harder to do so in higher ranks where players might be more keen to buy dispels to get rid of my spells altogether.

I really like that the electric based items (maelstrom/mjollnir) are core on him. I'm having a lot of fun and split pushing feels great on him, i've consistently had top gold in my games thanks to midas spam. He feels nice. Only thing I struggle with is mostly just general knowledge, like idk who I might fight mid and how to itemize in the lane vs them and then I don't know what I should build into after my core items, Arc is flexible and the guide i'm following has primarily 3 playstyles for him (tank, kite, target) but I dont know which ones to focus on every game because it's hard to tell who will be a threat in my games and what to worry about but I know that knowledge will come with time likely.
