Maybe. Her main issue is that her pyro application is still so massive she probably won't be able to vape her own attacks so she's still only good as a driver just with slightly more damage.

That was a vape idea based on a misunderstanding that he would vape every hit. Effectively he does around 35% less damage than initial calculations because he can only vape every second hit.
In theory if there was a good team he could melt off of, he could still do comparable damage to initial calcs since melt has a better multiplier and his ele app is apparently slow enough now for that to work. In practice, There are no teams. First of all, none of the characters in the hexenzirkel buff wave are cryo, although that doesn't actually matter because his hexen passive only provides a bonus when he's in res shred mode according to current leaks. Anyway, running hydro + cryo fucks the aura against any freeze resistant enemies. Running electro + cryo will guaranteed annihilate the aura, running dendro + cryo turns melts into burns, running another pyro means competing for melts/vapes, so all that's left are geo and anemo as the other teammates - most of whom are bricks whether you go for a 2x hexen team or not.

His only good team is Neuvillette burgeon.

C1 Klee looks like a very strong constellation for her now. Her typical buffed attack could be between 2k and 3.3k before the bonus 60% from new constellation adding 500-600 more. This means increasing total attack by 18-25%.
The low end benefit is going to be when running teams with Bennett, higher relative benefit comes from teams without a flat attack buffer and when using a high base attack weapon like cashflow supervision.

The end result is a 6-8k dps increase in her current team with Furina, but combined with her other buffs looks closer to a 12-15k increase depending on artifact quality. This puts her roughly on par with Yoimiya as still the worst pyro dps, but its possible you can now run a double hydro team and vape the enhanced CAs which might put her above Yoi, or maybe mono pyro with Durin Albedo Xilonen will be her strongest. We don't know Albedos full kit changes yet... actually they leaked as I was writing this. He sounds like a much stronger subdps now so I think this team will be good.

The genshin community needs telling what to do or you get retards like TGS shilling to 20th Nevuillette sidegrade team and garbage like Neuvillette with Skirk burst support.
