IIRC your vision skills affect vision-based effects (i.e. all seeing eyes, any debuff that mentions umas "in range" or "just ahead") and makes them reach further. The one place you MAY want vision expansion is on a debuffer, especially if you're trying to debuff e.g. front runners with a late surger.

It is also kinda supposed to affect your navigation - something along the lines of making sure your uma doesn't charge directly ahead into a brock just out of normal visual range I think? - but like 90% of navigation-related effects this is basically nothing and you should just make sure you have good power and wit instead

Because mcqueen has a 20% stam growth rate, you might be able to go 3 speed, super creek, and 2 power cards to still hit the stam goal while bumping up power to 850+. It's pretty impressive you hit that high a speed stat with only 3 cards plus a wit, usually no speed growth umas require 4 to regularly hit 1200.
