The free rolls really are the most important part due to how frequent they occur, often during 6% banners, so you shouldn't spend 300 rolls for a spark that often and sometimes even luckshit and get the unit you want from the free rolls ( I know i've got multiple zodiacs and swimsuit chars this way) ,
issue is the events that don't get free rolls (namely Halloween and valentine units) means you will have to full spark them and it is just not worth the investment 9 times out of 10, honestly still pisses me off and I don't even play anymore.

I don't think that they're rushing. Despite copying hoyo economy, I think they're actually following Heaven Burns Red banner model, they're a publisher for that game on global. That game also had the 2nd banner like 8 days after the first, then switched to the new banner every 2 weeks shedule. Except hbr characters aren't limited, so it's still more jewish.

Wanted to dunk on this game after seeing all the doom posts but I actually downloaded it and tried the game and it's surprisingly good. The rolls are prohibitively expensive but the actual gameplay is fun. When I got to the point where I had to rank up though, that's when I realized how bad the systems are. I can't even play, just sweep for days until I can rank up for the next dungeon. I don't know who came up with this idea of having fun gameplay and then forcing you to not play the game. My condolences stella bros.
