The latter looks better, but it breaks Boundary of Death, makes Castigation looks worse and contains keypages and cards that are pure slop, e.g. a buffed Gloria whose Mass Attack is reused if it staggers or kills any target, all while gaining Strength in the process (basically guaranteeing it will wipe out the entire enemy team in a single use), and Cecil who treats Endurance and Strength as generic Dice Power Up (i.e. all of her dice gain +6 Power if she has 2 Strength and 4 Endurance).
Some of the most prominent mods with his involvement include Cold Sun, Umbral Legion, Angel of Ruina and J Corp. Out of these, J Corp was his own mod though it has then been absorbed into Cold Sun without him.

But she is? She is not gonna undermine Dante's authority by constantly "steering" him when she feels he's making a mistake, she's just gonna point out a potential issue, or suggest something in case she feels there's a problem.
And she does consider everyone their friends, or are you for some reason the type of person who can't handle banter, or talks smack about each other occasionally and go along with it anyway? Which isn't even exclusive to her either, since other characters poke fun or talk smack about each other occasionally, especially Faust bullying the shit out of Heathcliff.

Her contract isn't over, she's following orders, helping and moving along with the group. What exactly is contradictory there? The only thing I can think of is that for some reason you expect her to just be an even bigger yapper than she already is.
