Day 1 tucker's island was actually sidegrade to twinkle legends if you play it the way the devs intended. Except whoever is in charge of upgrade numbers forgot how busted speed cards are and it end up towering over everything else. Nothing they can do afterwards except adjust everything to the same level of upgrades and then we end up with the current scenario. Now that the damage is done they can't really go back to the sidegrade plan before upgrading one tier up, because then there would be no reason to play it. They have to go one tier up before releasing sidegrades again.
