Outis is the only one who can actually reliably piss Gregor off by comprehensively and consistently step on his landmines. Similarly, Gregor is the only other person present who has experienced the same war she has and can push back on her horseshit more convincingly than anyone. I mean, they're already arguing like a married couple on company mandated papers, and always over food as well. They're the experienced and mature passive-aggressive couple showing the youngsters (Heathmael) how this shit is done.

Their dynamic right now is also contingent on Gregor not really knowing just how high up the chain of command Outis was. And that has potential, because he's going to feel a lot different about her if or when it turns out that she's not just some nobody commander who sent a few divisions out to die, but rather she's likely personally responsible for a sizable chunk of the suffering caused to him personally and everyone else in the smoke war. So you have the whole tragedy angle coupled in as well.

I personally think all of this is much more interesting than ass kissing the clock or getting manhandled by a large Russian, but that's just me.

KK is already great for bleed, so bleed focus feels like a waste, she just got Xichun, so I don't see them making the secondary status be that, though I wouldn't mind it, tremor is a possibility due to ties to Oufi, but Zwei Ish is pretty good already, though I guess Hanafuda could be pure offense instead of a tank tremor ID, sinking doesn't make sense, and poise feels likely too, and charge feels weird, unless it's some weird type of charge based on J.corp luck.

memes aside nah most IDs don't really need to be uptied past 3 honestly, the days of IDs NEEDING uptie 4 to be usable are pretty much gone. it makes sense if there's a strong seasonal team to have everyone at 4 but even then, if you're just gonna build another team next season and don't play often enough to have resources constantly topped up there's really no need.
if you hit a wall in content you're most likely not reading and even shit like RR isn't hard enough to warrant min-maxing unless you want really low turn counts.
