PSA: Escort is a good way to farm the rare mats for formas. Make sure to get discovered and the game throws like 5-10 elites on you. Sadly they stop coming but it's the only semi-consistent way I found to farm these that doesn't involve secret letters.
I don't have Truffle built for combat but I imagine you can do this in about 90 seconds with her.

There's a wedge that refills ammo on triggers. It's not enough to shoot forever but it lets it go a lot longer especially with multishot
