Cu got upscaled to Scathach, a literal immortal god killer.

Gilgamesh got upscaled to someone who could open thousands of portals, gaze into the future at will, and blow up planets

Medea got praised as one of the top 5 casters in the entire setting. With prep her abilities borderline on True Magic, which is basically reality warping.

Kojiro got upscaled to be Musashi's equal and Musashi has FTL feats (Musashi LITERALLY talks about FTL blows in Olympus). Saber Artoria also gets retroactively buffed since she can keep up with Kojiro

Cursed Arm Hassan can keep up with Tristan, which is insane if you look at how Tristan fights in the Camelot movies.

The only servant who wasn't buffed was Hercules. He unfortunately just gets used as a punching bag

Realistic speaking If you're summoning the Irish, whether that's Cuchulainn, Diarmuid, Fionn, Fergus or whoever, you need to be fully in the warzone mannerbund mentality and environment, no women allowed (unless it's by the company of freaking Scathach to whip some form on those fuckers but as far as cheat codes go Scathach is not even allowed in HGW's). It's a similar case. Scathach's status on the Land of Shadows makes her isolated from the world, or the texture where most of humanity lives. The Incineration of Humanity scorches the place to some extent (probably because it's somewhat connected to Skye) so she's not so bound by it and that creates a set of circumstances (or as much of a "death" as a being like her can get) where she's more accessible to be summoned.

The Land of Shadows seems to be a reality marble of the World/Gaia, much like other otherworlds examples being Mictlan, Tir Nan Og, Avalon and is essentially to Scathach what the Tower of Worlds End is to Merlin, or the Hills of Cammlan is to Saber, or the Limbo is to Douman, or Mt Kurama is to Kiichi Hougen. Their soul records aren't in the Throne to be summoned like most Heroic Spirits are, and in most of these cases their souls are trapped or found below some texture which is usually of hard access for the summoning mechanism (it doesn't help that most of them are immortal too). That's why mechanisms like Independent Manifestation or the exceptional case of the Incineration are evoked within the narrative to make these weird cases more accessible to be summoned. It's also no coincidence that most of these aforementioned are either inhabitants of some layer sustained by the World/Gaia, or are themselves highly connected to the world itself which is the case with Scathach (her servant type being 'Star/Planet' hints to this direct link which is also what sustains her immortality).
