This is the counting trick I heard before (but I can’t find the source):

During first year:
+2 for spirit training on not filled spirit;
+1 for each bond below green;
+1.5 for riko card if it’s her first training, +1 afterward until yellow bond or you triggered date event;
+1 if the training will make a spirit full;
+1 if the training is on wit;
+2 if it’s a wit rainbow training that recovers energy (+1 if your energy is already full);
(No comment on other rainbow. But this early, your training sucks anyway, so probably just ignore.)
+8 to +10 for spirit burst.
Pick the training that gives the most points.

During first half of 2nd year (before summer):
Same as above, but bond not yet green is +2.

During 2nd year summer and rest of the year:
Transition period, find a balance between chasing rainbow and chasing spirit burst.

3rd year:
Chase rainbow for big stat.
Treat burst as just another rainbow.

>Always pop bubbles as soon as you get them in your preferred slot (speed or power, wit for energy)

>Keep repeating the process, try balancing between bubble growth and desired training slot

I have poor cards but I have 1 LB creek and she saved me all the time. I'm convinced it's the most important card for f2ps who just want to roll umas and not roll cards at all (like I do) and still be able to do content without too many problems. Swinging Maestro is just that good, and card itself has really nice stats (except friendship but I'll fix with LB3 and LB4 some day).

The key strat for the scenario is to never rest. Keep training and keep energy high with wit rainbows and wit explosions. Wit also gives speed so you don’t need as much speed training. If you do need to rest you use Riko or other dates, which is why 2pal decks are a viable alternative to 2wit.

From the few I've done it feels like it's a hit or miss if riko and green woman line up with spirits.
You could lower spirits gain if you opt to chase after them. Though still not sure the right play with this.

The bubbles that really matter are the ones for your own cards. For example you want Kitasan to pop on speed, but the random Taiki Shuttle that shows up to be your friend can pop anywhere useful. Popping them early is important actually because it levels up your team regardless of what stats the bonus gives you when it activates. Try to pop at least one before your first Unity Cup.

Strategy is clicking on bubbles with arrows. I'm fine bursting them anywhere other than guts, preferably speed or pow. I prioritize arrows on empty bubbles above popping bubbles (since I can always pop them later), although if there's not a huge difference and a TT soon I will go for popping just to be safe stat wise. I also look at friendship gauge for tiebreaks, and speed training for just having a strong trainee. I think a good calculation outside of just pure TT stats is think of arrows on bubbles like ~8 stat points. I stop caring about arrows on bubbles that aren't like 50%+ full after senior summer, and I usually have 10-12 pops at that point (this run was 12, had 2 full at end of career but they didn't move to what I wanted). I just try to fill/pop the already close/full ones at the end of career, and also click on trainings I need since they should be level 4/5 at that point.

Oh also for the TT races I do top top top mid. And I check the preview, then try to correct for any triangle or X, usually by moving an uma with my highest letter grade or my trainee to that race (if I can still have one of that grade on the race it's moving from), and trying to fix any non-A affinities it has auto set.
