Okay I have finished this and have two questions:
1.Who was the one told Ryuuseii about using the box on Shiki family/chasing after him at then end? From what I read the fan theory was that it's Yasaka Io but felt kinda random and out of nowhere. Was she the one who pay for Nozomi's hospital bill too? And set up the whole story because she wanted to see Kurou developed into "human" or something?
2.What's with two Nozomi at the end? One was story/heroine Nozomi and the other was the new one born from the box at the end?

3.So the reporter was the second Nozomi's descendant? Did he was basically interviewing his ancestor? Did she give him the box so that he could repeat the process and "birth" another generation of "Nozomi"?

There's a mistranslation that misses one important detail, that the sword Nozomi uses is the exact same one Yasaka used. They have the same specific length description
Yasaka sets up the whole thing, she's the thing that came out of the sea when they used the box in the past. It was her who helped Kyouko, not Kyouko's father (he was obviously dead due to the box), so we know she wished something from the box but we don't know what exactly.
She's also Nozomi, Renge recognizes her smile in her final moments. Kurou losing his arm was also intentional to ensure he won't survive - same in the finale when she attacks Kyouko, she was only pretending so she can bait her sister and kill her. Then the last person alive who would know about her is Ryuuseii, whom she chases down and kills.
The 2 Nozomis at the end is her and the new one born from the box - the one Kyouko and Kurou filled. Her overall goal was just experimenting to make some kinda perfect lifeform, same as she did on the island up till Kurou
iirc in the med office that had her data she swiches something up or destroys something so when Kurou arrives he gets false info, but I can't remember exactly.
