Bullies on Darkwinter has 1 slot open. We're a semi-casual platoon that lands between 3 and 5% for gunsmoke, and I don't really maintain strict requirements, just ask that you log in almost every day and at least auto your gunsmokes. We've got every major character v6 available except Qiuhua, and platoon chat is pretty slow but comfy.

Nagant can permastun her without her expansion key, but you'll need to have defense buffs on Krolik since her stun only procs if she is defense buffed. This is easily achievable by bringing QJ along if you have her with Defense Down II key since Nagant's out of turn attack triggers QJ's support attack. You will need to space your dolls out however. If Krolik positions exactly between two dolls she will not move and then Nagant won't proc her passive since her passive works off of movement. If you do have Nagant's expansion key this is even easier though.

It speeds up towards the end when you get more tree upgrades, you start getting more EXP per run from them. As for the stab breaking, you can just get the stab break set to 3/9 then grab the element you need an achievement for to 1/9 so that you'll get more cards for it later. Then finish stab break to 9/9 and then get more elemental cards. This lets you bring the stab break set every time while still progressing the achievements for the elemental cards.

You can do some weird shit with Ksenia since she cleanses on her support attacks. By moving in and out of range you can cleanse outside of turns, plus she shreds stability and gives some good buffs/debuffs. For example, you can pick the burn buff in GS and just put flammable on the boss outside of a burn team.
I would definitely say maid is better in burn team, but Ksenia is more flexible and very strong for a purple doll.

What's such a chore about gunsmoke is that it's always some moon logic shit where you have tuck the boss into bed and do the macarena before you're allowed to clear with a decent score. Kluk is the better one to borrow, Lind will help push Kluk's capabilities further even at V0 but it doesn't sound like you're going to invest so just roll with Klu.

People are overthinking the boss. You just AOE damage the Jammer link things with Kluk/Lind until they die and then DPS the boss down, that's it. There's nothing more to it. If you don't have a built corrosion team then just rent Kluk for your other teams. That is literally it.
