The thing is the bar of entry for artifacts in this game is so incredibly low and eg5ting a good build is piss easy. Its obviously nice to get but I dont think we needed selectable substats. Its nice that this game is getting so much QoL but I also understand that gacha games make certain things frustrating for a reason, star rail has a similar system but its endgame requires you to have characters released in the last 3 patches or you have 0 hope of clearing which entices people to pull and pay for pulls. Lucia's buffs works in 3 ways at M0W0 and 4 ways at M0W1:
1) She directly adds 900 sheer force at capped buffs
2) She increases the HP of the units, which indirectly further increases all rupture unit's sheer force value because they all have a line that says they gain additional SF based on their Max HP (even if it changes in the middle of combat). At W0 it's a 5% HP increase while veil is on and at W1 its a 20% HP Increase while Veil is on
3) Her aftershock attacks make all damage increase by another 20%. If you're saying trigger's 35% / 55% permanent stun multiplier increase is a one to one increase to an agent's sheer force, which is what you're implying, then this also means a 20% damage modifier increase is a a direct boost to sheer force by that same logic.
4) At W1 specifically, she further increases all damage done by agents by 25% under veil. Again, another free 25% increase to sheer force assuming one to one as per above.

You don't even need to cap her flat sheer force buff for her to outpace trigger's permanent multiplier at all.

Trigger is worse than Fufu in all Rupture teams and worse than Qingyi is Yi Xuan team. She's not competing with Lucia.
What needs to be understood is that Lucia provides large amoung of buffs, most if which are undiluted during stun, where most of (for example) Yi Xuan's dmg happens.
During stun, Trigger's buffs goes from 35% at M0 to just 23%, which is pathetic compared to what Lucia gives. Qingyi gives 55% there in comparison.
And Trigger's weapon is comletely useless for rupture unlike Lucia or Qingyi's.
Trigger is absolute dogshit for rupture and anyone who says otherwise is mentally challenged.
