Even with the current killer roster, if your teammate is at least conscious, you will win most games just by aggressively patrolling gens and grinding survivors into the dirt through attrition. Unless survs get the perfect four corner gen spread there's just nothing they can do about it once the gen count gets low because of how fast gens regress when you kick them. Singu has the tools to be the gen patrol king in 2v8 even without any buffs he's going to get for the mode.

There's chase, H&R and Instadown pressure.
If you want instapressure, either learn an instadowning killer like Billy, Bubba, Myers or a killer against whom it's a bad idea to heal overall, Plague, Ghoul and Legion.
If you however go hard into the broken effect or want to H&R with extreme pressure on the Run part, Twins. A hit with Victor breaks while he's attached, Forced Penance breaks, Springtrap's axe breaks.

you bring strongest medkit with you (BROWN specifically + suture + gauze roll) to keep yourself healthy at all times (to continue spinning the dramaturgy slot machine). here is where pharmacy shines, bc you'll be losing your medkit quite frequently, and instead of running 3km back and forth, you pull one from a chest, heal yourself and continue the GAMBA.
also you need to pair it with a character with most fuckass, annoying, earpiercing or kino screams (claudette, laurussy, steagull, elodie, mikaela, lisa, james sunderland, etc.)

I think the director did what he could and was genuinely well meaning (went out of his way to send a video diary to Team Silent convincing them why they should give him the rights to a film series) but it could have played it more straightforward regardless I feel. your MMR keeps going but the matchmaker stops caring, anyone past that threshhold are considered basically equal.

Genuinely just starting to believe at this point that BHVR's true endgame is to just have Killer bots so that they can focus less on balacing the asym aspect of the game and focus entirely on cosmetics. as a lover of afk builds I must say that corrupt intervention is a wasted perk slot. when you're afk, it extends the game by 20s at most, which is nothing. corrupt is good if you can patrol the gens and push them off the few that are available. when you're afk, you have no threat, they will just walk the 20s to the unblocked gen and start slamming it.
wretched fate is also pretty bad. when you're afk, a 30% reduction to one person is nothing. ruin is also terrible, i'm pretty confused as to why you would think this is good. half the time they spawn in front of the hex totem, again you're afk, you can't push them off gens to get ruin value. i've also seen anons suggest lightborn which is another waste. you should be facing a wall when afk, otherwise they will farm chase points from you, lightborn or not.

as for what perks are good, merciless storm is an absolute must. one missed skill check results in massive time waste and it triggers every time a new gen gets to 90%. deadlock is also an absolute must for the same reason. no way out is meh, it's 12 seconds.

another thing you can do is face a wall on a central location and run distressing + unnerving presence. each missed skill check is huge, usually when you're afk survivors will stop paying attention and look at their phone, other monitor etc. they lose the alertness during a real game so they actually end up missing skill checks, especially when they are small and unexpected.
