Certain characters are 100% luck because you need a balance of damage, health, and damage resistance. You can absolutely get fucked by RNG and do good in one aspect but if you don't have enough health, life steal, or damage resistance you're just screwed. Biggest obstacle for most people is Wave 15 due to Namor. Namur is more dangerous in this Wave because he and Wanda will absolutely stack stuns on you and Namor will easily instakill you if that happens no matter your health and damage resistance. You need to get Namor out of the sky ASAP, but due to how his invulnerability works he stays up longer. If Namor takes damage he becomes "invincible" to the damage dealth to him by killing his squids for a second or two. And with certain characters it is literally impossible to avoid hitting Namor.
