Alright I've reached a compromise. I'll use a hipfire build, but instead of dumping my spare points into a thermal optic or bigger mag, I'll use a 1x sight to minimize visual recoil and the 10 point vertical grip to shave a little recoil off, which should make the ADS more laser-y without sacrificing the hipfire.

Challenges will give you 720 BP points so long as you catch the limited time one every week leaving 380 BP points that you need to earn through pure XP assuming whatever form the upcoming mid-season stuff takes doesn't require yet more points. According to your graph once you hit 32,000 XP per point you should be safe to coast on challenges.
That increase is still way too aggressive for how it's balanced though. If they're going to try to force people to show up for chores every week then those chores should at least be enough to get you to the end of the BP on their own.

AT mines are the ultimate shitter filter because any half-competent tank driver knows about them and can easily avoid them 99 % of the time, save for moments of high stress or panic.
I've seen so many retards blindly driving into them on an empty road with zero enemies around, it's really baffling.
You could argue using AT mines is even bad for your own team, because it filters out enemy shitters until they give up and switch back to infantry, causing actually competent people to take over their tank instead.

There just needs to be a cap of 6 simultaneous mines per engineer and remove them if the player changes class.
Right now they end up EVERYWHERE by the mid/late game, it's just really annoying. Worse, crawling tanks still set them off half the time anyway, and they can get glitched into the ground or otherwise become totally invisible. Their hit box is also a bit wonky when trying to shoot them.

I know sometimes people sleep on good guns, but this isn't one of those times.

I'd been running this build and it feels super nice but you pretty much gotta stop and shoot while in ADS because of the grip. If you don't care about hollow point you can swap it out and get fast mags, ext barrel and the 30 suppressor with the no sway penalty.
