Genshin and Wuwa are bodytype-centered. All characters of the same bodytype share the same animations. All teens walk the same, all hags run the same, all adult males dodge, the same, etc.
Endfield has unique animations for each individual character which adds to their characterization (e.g. Last Rite being clumsy, Lifeng being sporty and athletic, etc).

These pots don't look that strong. Big numbers are just indicating the small base. Surtr's skill combustion duration is 4 seconds, so +50% is 6 seconds. Ange's fragile is not x2 per vulnerable, but base x2 (so no x16 on 4 stacks, but x8 vs x4 without pots). I don't see kit parts locked behind pots either (outside of Surtr's pot5 but it should be whatever in content that matters). Need to build a simulationcraft for Endfield to check how much pots matter in practice.

So you can just deploy her anywhere on the map, possibly in lane if you can since she also gets a slow/bind effect. No. You can farm essences. The weapons have fixed stats like any other game. But if you want to improve it, you need to find the correct essence. The upgrades weren't that significant but hey, you get something to do when you are finished with the rest I guess
