With the new influx of LMD from the event I went ahead and threw all my previous leveling plans out the window to the raise the cute jellyhat. Now I'm not sure if I want to use him mainly in IS or the regular game, but I need some advice about which skill to master.
S3 looks more fun with a large range against a screen full of enemies, but the drawback of losing HP makes it kind of situational. And S2 looks like a good all around tool for binding.

Mizuki is a strange little guy. For normal content, his S1 is his best skill, closely followed by S2. S1 has high DPH and Arts to cleave through armor, and S2 has good rotations and can slow down mobs a lot while clearing trash, but it isn't a true Bind due to the duration being lower than attack interval. S3 is ok damage wise but the SP cost and self damage without enough targets makes it much more of a gimmick than the others, and the stun can't reliably interrupt things. Overall, okay operator but middle of the pack strength wise. On the other hand, with IS module, he is extremely strong and main skills become S2 and then S3. It gives him a lot of ASPD and self healing, which makes S2 permabind enemies, and S3 reliably stunlock while also healing him enough to make the self damage ignorable. It also makes him pull any enemy affected by his talent towards him with Weedy S3 tier force, which works even off skill. So he can pretty much trap any non boss enemy in his range forever with S2, and S3 can clean whole hordes while pulling enemies to more vulnerable positions.

The problem with the character is that she has nothing else going for her but the damage. The gimmick is fun, I didn't even know they are immortal while playing but it just isn't enough when you compare it to modern arknights.

If you are a fomotard, roll for her. If you like the show/music or whatever it is, roll for them and use them. If you like her in general, roll and go ahead. But don't pretend that she is that special. And I am not even saying that the rest of the upcoming characters are better or more interesting. SilverAsh might be the only one with interesting gimmicks. But she herself isn't anything special either.

Ulpipi is not really a helidrop so it's mostly a showcase bait synergy imo. And because of +4 SP, it's annoying to constantly pause the game to click S3 fast enough before before slashes appear. Module will probably fix this problem
