Sandy isn't even that ubiquitous. Forest, Sword, Portal don't really play him at all, Abyss only plays him in the Evo version, and people are experimenting with him in Haven/Dragon. He's really only core in Rune. He's a decent design for a neutral legendary in my opinion.
