As far as clearing the endgame, don't even bother before you've played for at least half a year and rolled a bunch of characters. Basically, the stages in the "main" endgame mode go up to 12 and reset every 6 weeks. The thing is, as a day 1 player I can only ever struggle with stage 12, and even then it's a struggle to clear it fast rather than to clear it at all to get the rewards. I saw a video of a fresh F2P account of a few months struggling to clear stages 9 and 10 kek meanwhile these are straight up pointless and braindead easy if you have an account that can clear the final stage.

Honestly, Hyacine can work with almost any team, the most important thing you need is a team that can take tons of actions and ideally you want a team that enjoys having Cyrene because Cyrene gives a massive 72% multiplier to Little Ica's damage.

The way it works is that Little Ica's damage is based off how much healing him and Hyacine do and the Caloric Overload equipment heals anyone for 20% of the holder's Max HP when they take an action. I actually think QQ might be the best Hyacine battery because every time she rolls her stupid tiles, it counts as 1 action (which is why the infinite loop QQ cheese strat works).

any shield counts so you need to stack shield off-field mostly. but yes the bosses stripped my shield at the end but the front-loaded damage was so high

It should be easy to setup something for HSR since it's all menu based.
There's python libraries that can help automate stuff so any decent coder can do a quick and dirty one.

Currency Wars QOL fixes a lot of garbage.
Like off-field Gallagher has enemies permanently debuffed.
Luocha has permanent zone uptime.
Fugue is a full party buff (and permanent from off-field but just the full party would be nice).

It's funny seeing how unchanged modern characters are because so many newer ones are very comfy in QOL compared to older ones.

CW Anaxa is exclusively off-field... they NEVER do anything that interacts with off-field.
