Whats' the meta for the event? Am using the Caernarvon Action X due to the high DPM and heavy tank armour. Tend to also use invisi heal + stun rounds + vampire rounds along with rammer, hardening and vents. Struggling to get past the 5th wave on intermediate but I guess it's always a bit of a dice roll with your team mates too.

Completing the brutal difficulty doesn't even give you tier 2 shitbox

Replaced gun rammer with IRM and it fixed the gun trolling issue.
Baiting out shots on the frontal hull usually means your tracks get hit so replaced vents with hardening.
Overall, I prefer this over the vipera and xm57, if only because it goes 35 km/h and not slow as molasses.
If you guys played the SMV CC-67 from the italian TD tech tree, the GST Turm is almost like that tank but actually good.

The secret is to play for a random platoon, and have them invite you if you and the random platoon reach the 5th, last wave.
In Kilana you need to save the fast reload ability to DPM down the Alpha E-50m before they overrun your team

Why do my shots rarely end up where I aim? wot youtubers always land their shots in their tanks yet I can't get anything in, or I'm against a tank where I can't do shit against when facing them. For charioteer the gun handling disperson values are really bad, derp gun handling on a DPM gun is really painful and the charioteer is a remnant of old world of tanks meta from like 2015. Conway is the same shit too so you will suffer until you get the FV4005.

For tier 7 tanks with bad gun handling and no access to vertical stabilizers, you can improve it by stacking IRM and experimental turbo. Tier 7s tend to have horrific moving and tank traverse values so reducing the moving penalty and making the turret 'snappier' helps a ton

You have the highest rate of fire and mobility of any tier 10 arty, plus a fully rotating turret. But, in exchange you get an absolutely anemic gun. Worst damage, splash, and stun of any tier 10 arty. It's technically the second most accurate tier 10 arty but the tiny splash radius will not leave you feeling like it. I'd personally call it the second-worst arty at tier 10.

What are the good tech tree tanks for this kinda shit? The T32 is fairly decent if you actually have a crew in it and aren't using the rental. The rest of them are pretty meh. Going down the nations, VK 100 can ram and has armor that usually works. Maybe the 416? I never played it so idk. I imagine the AT15 and Carn are decent. Most of the rest don't look good until you get to Poland with the Kilana. And then I have idea how the Italians are.

It's almost like the gold ammo system and consumables are a bad idea.. Doing that would be the lesser of two evils for me though and I'd actually play tier 10 sometimes. War Thunder is better in some ways but worse in others. If you have a top tier tech tree tank in WT as long as you have premium time you can expect to make Silver Lions each match and you don't have to worry about anything. However getting there is the first place is a nightmare and the grind is absolutely insane, even with premium time and vehicles. Air isn't so bad to grind, but I'm gussing they just kept cranking up the RP needed for ground as it's their most popular mode. WT and WoT are both simply a case of pick your poison. I hope Steel Aces doesn't suck so it provides some much needed competition.

It has a more compact profile and I find the handling surprisingly decent, although maybe I'm just getting soviet bias))) luck.
The armor is also quite decent, it has glaring weakspots but when you're pushing a shitter slightly angled and they hit your frontal plate you get a surprising amount of bounces.
Overall it feels like a more mobile Super Pershing with a better gun to me. I still usually manage to play it like a fat medium and leverage a mix of mobility and armor to carry matches.
It probably shouldn't work as well as it does, but it performs for me.

It's objectively not a good light tank, the camo values are bad and the damage output is not THAT good but if you're a good player with map awareness and the right amount of aggression you can often catch people out, get seriously good trades in, and dominate a flank
Nothing like catching an Even 90 off guard with an HE clip, even if realistically he'll just permaspot you from a safe distance and you'll do nothing all match if he's remotely good (most of the LT players in this game aren't, thankfully)

cs52c's biggest problem is gun handling which wasn't improved, still bad in randoms.
It's still gonna be fun for taking into onslop light to ramfuck lights and borats though.

Most notable thing that hasn't been pointed out already I can see is the manticore getting 10 more shells.

object 263 got some really neat buffs. the horsepower on it was kind of lacking and it didn't get HP nerfed like a lot of other tier 9 TDs

The object 140 was trash compare to other MTs because it can't perma track tanks anymore and can't trade alpha or hulldown.

went through tier 7 and tier 6, they got some nice buffs and a global hp buff of about 50~ HP for most tanks which is nice.
M6 also got speed, DPM, accuracy and gold ammo pen nerf so you won't see seal clubbers club as hard in it anymore. (see pic related)
BUGI and AMX M4 45 got their P2W damage increase prem ammo removed.

mid-tier tech trees buffs that caught my eye are AMX AC 46, O-Ni and P.44 Panthera.

spaghetto is going to get it's aim time buffed, to the values before it was nerfed
