What are some slower paced multiplayer games?

I'm sick of all these twitch shooters and I don't have energy for this kind of shit anymore. Not to mention it's all just dark system eomm garbage anyway that forces you to carry if you are above average.

I'm sorry to say that such a thing simply does not exist in the PvP-sphere anymore. You'd either have to time travel to the past where it was a common thing, or start playing an indie game from the very start of its development BEFORE it takes off, so that you'd have an innate understanding of the game itself, so that you'd have an innate advantage over any new players trying to pick it up in the coming years.

But, since both options are either impossible or like winning the lottery, your only options now are PvE / coop games like Helldivers 2 or DRG

Solo-Duo-Trio Rust servers. Can be extremely relaxing if you build in a quiet area, still good PVP on cargo and oil.

classic Everquest like project 1999 can be very slow paced and comfy as a solo character. there's a lot of advanced techs you can do to speed up the process but there's nothing wrong with less effecient leveling, it'll just take you longer than the people who are swarm kiting whole camps at once. but you might eventually get good enough at doing that where it becomes second nature to you. particularly if you're farming lower level camps and you don't have to fear getting overwhelmed.

>active enough we get 150/150 EU and 150/150 US every night in the 'normal' game type, alongside 80/80 in Naval Battles (boat cucking each other) and the WW1 Servers fluctuate from low pop to high pop depending on player fancy
>20 second reload speed after one musket shot, forced to 'walk' whilst you reload, can jump but that stops the reload
>musket is accurate but inaccurate and RNG matters so literal holdfast gods can be slain with lucky shots
>bayonet combat is a little cringe but VERY easy to 'figure out' and you will be charging 5 player deep positions playing Corey Hart - Sunglasses at Night

This shit is true kinosovl imo - I haven't bought a steam game and played it like this since what feels like forever and it's very much a game where you start recognizing niggas names from the second or third game, I hop on between 8pm-midnight Bong time and both servers will be 150/150 with a small queue (never waited over 5 mins to get in) and once you're in the carnage begins but you can still lean back with a controller, land 60 meter musket luckshots and voip spam your favorite screaming in public restroom prank video
