All navs usually have the gimmick of needing to get them to ET2 to unlock the old voice lines (in this case, it'd be lines from the first 3 rounds of NV). Until then you only get the new lines for current year. IDK if they changed it for this new batch or not.
This year's batch is supposed to add a shitton of lines for things like weather, phone battery, etc. But I'm not pulling for any of the November ones so I don't know any more than what was in the announcement.

To be fair Abyssmare blatantly lied about everything regarding D4FES USA and the other units embellished the parts of their recap that suited them (Peaky didn't mention losing the student council election + pivoted when KyoShino's past came up, Rondo sugarcoated Aoi's parents, etc.).
That is part of my wider problem with Unichord though, which is that their writing often turns into a black hole of OMGSORANDOM Japanese internet humor, which is totally at odds with the mostly concise story the franchise has(had) outside of their antics.

I didn't get it but I was talking about the clocks. Never liked classics because of the giant clock in the way. But I think classic card art looks vastly superior than the rest, it's just the art that kills it.

peaky's tour was ran by Bushi and not Donuts, so Bushi would have been able to force the seiyuu to sync their schedules. I doubt they're as willing to play nice for any Donuts-ran production (although Miiko and Marika's VAs are in Ave Mujica and M4 and Ri4 got lives this year no problem).
At least in Aimi's case, she was pretty booked out with doing 10th anni stuff for Bandori + she put out a solo (half) album and a promotional tour this year, so that at least explains her. No clue about the others but you may be on to something with HarMoe.
May'n is 1000% locked down with her own anniversary. Lady's been doing lives/guest appearances/song recordings like every week for the whole year. I hope to have half her stamina when I get to be her age.
