Am I close to a workable spec ops team with anything here? I'm not sure who to start building up. I've heard Yvonna's good for it and Cora's good for Dopamine, but I only have the latter's weapon. The only other EX weapons I have are Vlissing, Efreeti, Nymset, Nika and Leah's.

America is the strongest "nation" remaining, our current "nation" encompases several asian countries like Japan and Korea, not sure what others are included. Even so our country doesn't have total domain over the land and I believe our city is the only one remaining, though there are other human settlements here and there that are way more vulnerable to abominations. In the newest story, where Maximilia becomes our vanguard, she's working on rebuilding a destroyed city to relocate refugees from Noctis Nebula that couldn't get settled in the city.
I guess our domain will expand little by little. What's most important is to build a wall to keep the new city safe.

With my experience using her in dopamines I'm pretty new she's a bit awkward to use, personally. Of course they're using her for the buff they said was good an the entire reason for using her. It is a decent buff for a handful of characters, but it's ultimately just one situational buff being used as a crutch for an entire extra 4 deployment cost. Each skill generally level increases numbers by about 10% of base. i.e. at lvl 1 a skill will do 60% melee attack, at 6 it does 90%, and at 10 it does 114%. The game gives you enough resources to roll to pity on every banner and more than enough EX tickets to redeem those EXs. You really don't need dupes for anything. Because of this you can passively acquire every character/weapon and even some dupes over the course of time. It will eventually get to a point where you're skipping banners and saving up even more resources. The key is to not over-extend your resources. Don't invest in characters/weapons you're not going to use. Don't waste resources fishing in the general banner to fill out your pokedex early. etc. etc.

I use that same team every day for the stigma stages. With that setup Nari one-shots every boss on a non-crit except Frost Orb. My Nari has like 87% crit rate and is still missing two weapon dupes, which would put her at 97%. I'm not new and still think it's shit. Having to spend gacha currency on upgrades is the dumbest idea imaginable. There are units I have at level 60 that I still can't use because it's a million to upgrade the weapon, 240k for stigmata, and fucking variable skill upgrade cost depending on unit cost. Meanwhile you end up with 20 billion sub-materials because that's never the bottleneck, gold is.

I had the game installed on an external drive back on Windows. When I switched to Linux, I installed steam and struggled to get it to recognize the drives/add them. I looked up a guide that had me do some terminal inputs to get the pc to boot the drives in a certain way/get read and write permissions on boot so steam could see them. Then I couldn't get proton/sniper to download/install/run so even though the game said it was there and I could play it it never booted. Solved that by moving the location of everything to the internal drive running linux and making steam download/install locally. It saved me having to redownload the game but I'll probably have to format my external drives into a format linux won't have a stroke over so I can keep saving games to them instead of using my internal. Also, to save problems just install the .deb from steam directlyinstead of the flatpak since that can also have permission issues.

Unironically the only reason I switched is because 11 is atrocious. If they kept supporting 10 I'd just stay on 10 because it is so much easier. I'll give Linux this though: When I tried installing it a few years ago only like 4/200 of my steam games were available for it. Now almost all of them are, so bare minimum they have put in effort into making more stuff compatible.

You unlock some special missions called Bounties that give those as drops when you hit some level I forgot (20?).
You do 3 missions daily and you get like 6 drops for every run.
The stats the Stigma drops get are RNG.
You equip 4 at a time, some have special abilities when used together with Stigmas of the same type.
I think there's other ways to get Stigmas by story missions and events, but normally you do the Bounty thing.
You upgrade them with the Blood Paint things and can reroll one of the RNG stats with an alteration paint.

So is the ideal Leah stigma setup enough evade for 470 and then get triple crit damage on everything else? Or is there a point where magic is better? Can she achieve 100% crit chance by herself?

Substats don't really matter for HG, but magic atk, HP, and AP can help him do the only things he's useful for. You give him the AP battery, AoE heal apple, the taunting spear throw for cc, and healer passives. 'Reckoning of Sin' is a good stigma set to give him, letting you AP battery turn 1 before any enemy movement.
