OP here again. good to see this is still here. once again for those who say it isnt a cat, its named ハネッコ (Hanekko) meaning feather + baby. but also is clearly a pun of "neko" and it has cat ears and mouth. it would be very cool if it got a alt evo or a new regional form that is a bit more catlike

It's a Pokémon. Its takes traits fro. Several animals and create a somewhat recognizable creature that's completely distinct. Its got that perfect balance like Bulbasaur, Nodoking, or Eevee.
